Improve your running technique

If you're struggling to get out of bed on a winters morning these group runs will really help. Come for a chat and build your general fitness at the same time.

Even if you don't want to chat its great to run with a group for safety and motivation.

We make these fun by mixing it up as much as we can. We can do anything from track sessions, hill running, fartlek and tempo.

Strength

The Key to Success

We work on glutes, core, back and legs as well as all other parts of your body that support running.


We use body weight only exercise whenever possible which means we don’t have to worry too much about locations and equipment. We also use resistance bands.
